IITK Chess Cup is the Second Major in the IITK CHess Championship. The Qualifiers will be Held Online Followed by Knockout Over-The Board Tournament.

About CHESS IITK:  Chess IITK is a student-run Chess Club in IIT Kanpur, ONE OF India's Most premier Institutes. The community houses over 500 active Chess Players on campus and works toward spreading the Game of Chess. It is known for its social efforts collaborating with Non-Profits and Government Schools to have regular Chess Classes and Camps and teaching the game to underprivileged children in and around Kanpur. It is also the first Club to have a full FIDE Styled Chess Championship Cycle for its Campus Residents.
