Event description:
1. Place and Date:
In the Hall of Multiple Uses of the "American School of Veracruz" with address at Avenida Progreso 50 ÷ Avenida Urano and Calle 28, Colonia Jardines de Mocambo, C.P. 91910 Boca del Río, Veracruz, on October 12 and 13, 2018.
2. Participants:
All chess players who meet the requirements of this call may participate, considering that they accept the conditions at the time of their registration.
3. Categories and Donations:

4. Registration:

70% OF WHAT IS COLLECTED WILL HAVE AS A DONATION TO BE SUPPORTED TO SUPPORT THE WORK THAT IS DONE BY THE FOUNDATION AGAINST BREAST CANCER "GRUPO DE RECUPERACIÓN TOTAL RETO, AC" WITH THE OBJECTIVE TO CONTINUE WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF ITS ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY , THE REMAINING 30% WILL BE USED FOR LOGISTICS AND ORGANIZATION EXPENSES.
5. Regulation and Arbitration:
The FIDE Laws of Chess will be used. The pareo will be made with the "Swiss Manager 13" program. The prohibition of smoking and that a player has a mobile phone and / or other electronic means of communication will be valid in the game room during the entire event. The Referee of the competition will be A. N. Abel Jácome Jiménez and the appeals committee will be formed 15 minutes before the first round being composed of a Member of the Organizing Committee, the Main Referee of the Event and the Competitor with the highest FIDE ELO. Valid event for National Rating and Elo International.
6. Competition System: Swiss FIDE to 5 rounds (C04.1 Swiss System Based on Rating).
a) Play rate: 30 '+ 30 "per player for the entire game.
b) Tie-breaks in strict order: Result of the Individual Match, Color of the Individual Match, Minor Rating and Lower Age.
c) Default: 10 minutes of tolerance.
