A chess competition organized by the Judit Polgar Chess Foundation for all age groups, featuring special inspirational awards.

Humorous improvisational theatre techniques with members of the Momentán Company.

The museum educators of the Hungarian National Gallery warmly invite visitors of the Global Chess Festival to join special guided tours on a variety of themes.

A special parent–child programme, available in Hungarian, where playful challenges and adventures bring chess pieces to life, offering a creative and unforgettable shared experience.

A unique team competition for primary school students, where the excitement of chess and the Rubik’s Cube come together in a dynamic, playful challenge. FULLY BOOKED!

14:00 - 17:30 Community Chess Simul with Judit
Join Judit Polgar for a spectacular community simul, where she will take on six chess communities from around the world live on Chess.com.

13:20 - 13:40 Man vs Machine: Intuition vs Algorithm
First time in the history of the Global Chess Festival: human vs. robot live chess game! A young Hungarian chess talent takes on SenseRobot in a special showcase.

15:00 - 17:00 Chesstivity
A dynamic, all-ages competition where chess blends with movement, creativity, and laughter, offering an inspiring community experience filled with unique, action-packed challenges.

17:00 - 17:15 Festival Closing
QUEEN TRAP - an audiovisual work by Chilean singer-songwriter Juga, performed live, celebrating the female legends and leading players of chess from over 60 countries.
